Hello beauties 💙 So today I'll give you some healthy tips that help your skin , hair and nails look healthy like we all know whatever we eat it looks on our skin right but we always confuse what to eat ? Is it good or bad? So today I'll help you.



  1. Collagen


Collagen is a complex protein that contains a whole host of amino acid , some of which are extremely important in creating keratin for our skin , hair and nails. You will find collagen in fish, chicken, egg whites, tomatoes , avocado, beans etc. The above foods are considered to be foods to improve skin elasticity, anti-aging, and help joint pain by individuals who recommend this diet.


  1. Antioxidants


When free radicals accumulate, they may cause a state known as oxidative stress.Oxidants, on the other hand, are free radicals that your body produces to defend itself against bacteria and viruses.Your diet is this external source and it must be packed with good quality antioxidants. Fix it by eating dark chocolate, barley , sweet potatoes, spinach, kidney beans, raisins etc.
